What are the payment options?
We accept all major cards, apple pay and Zelle transfers. Card providers might charge a processing fee, which does not come to us.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Return and exchanges will vary per product. Please check our store policies for additional information.

What is my processing time?
Processing times varies based on order size and my current workload.
If you place an order for multiple items, they will be shipped together once the entire order is complete, unless agreed upon otherwise in writing.

All items are handmade with excellency and attention to detail.
Please understand all items are handmade to order with lots of love and careful attention to detail — custom and handmade work cannot be rushed!
*Processing times are estimations only, you will receive the ETA for your order once it is confirmed. Processing times do not including shipping time.
Shipping, delivery, and tracking
All items are handmade and shipped from North Carolina. Once packages leave our shop we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipments delivered to an incorrect address.
Customer is fully responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct and accurate when the order is placed. All items will be shipped with tracking, with the exception of some international sales.
If tracking is available for your order, you'll receive it via email once order is shipped.
Once an item has been shipped it is no longer the responsibility of Brush N Hook, but rather the shipping provider. If your package does get lost, let us know and we will do everything we can to help.
How do I make a custom order?
Go to our SHOP page and scroll to the bottom. You'll find the custom order form there and you'll be contacted via email for further steps.
How do I care for my amigurumi creations?
We recommend spot cleaning for smaller messes with warm water and gentle soap. Dry clean if necessary.
It is ok for small kids?
Our creations are not recommended for kids under 3 y/o, as we do use safety eyes and noses! Although playable, our amigurumi are designed for novelty use, as display and décor. Please check our store policies for more information.
